Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Coaches, managers, and parents are responsible for any player information they add and confirm they have the right to share it. If you are under 18, you may use Ultrain only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or coach.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us at team@ultrainapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use Ultrain for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, or to harass any player, parent, or coach.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is offensive or infringing.
• Attempt to access other teams' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use the app to collect information about others for purposes outside of running your team.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the rosters, schedules, messages, and other content you add. You grant Ultrain a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for your team. You are responsible for the content you and your team share.

Ultrain is currently free to download and use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, we will make the terms clear before you are charged. We may change or discontinue features over time.

Ultrain is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered on time. You are responsible for confirming critical schedule and safety information through other means when needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultrain and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free account, is zero).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
