Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Ultrain Sports account and personal data at any time. Here is how, and what happens when you do.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Ultrain app and go to your profile settings.
  2. Select Account, then Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email team@ultrainapp.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
  • Player and roster details you personally added and that are not required by another team you no longer belong to.
  • Your messages, attendance responses, and preferences.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information for as long as legally required (for example, basic records needed for security, fraud prevention, or to comply with law). Team content that other coaches or members created and still rely on may remain on their teams. Anonymized, non-identifying analytics may be retained.

Parents and guardians

To delete a child's information from a team, contact the team's coach or email team@ultrainapp.com. We will remove the player's details promptly.
