• Account information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and the team and role you create or join.
• Team content you add: rosters, schedules, attendance responses, lineups, messages, and player details such as position, birth year, and notes.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, device type, operating system, and general (city-level) location inferred from your IP address.
• Website analytics collected with your consent through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app and its features.
• Send team notifications, schedule reminders, and messages you or your coach initiate.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve it and fix problems.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Youth soccer involves players under the age of 13. Ultrain does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A coach, team manager, or parent may add a player's information (such as first name, birth year, and position) to a team roster. That information is used only to run the team and is visible only to the team's coaches, the player, and the player's parents or guardians.

Parents and guardians can review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting their coach or emailing team@ultrainapp.com. If you believe a child provided us personal information directly without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run Ultrain:

• Within your team: coaches, players, and parents on a team can see the roster, schedule, and messages for that team.
• Service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver notifications, and provide analytics, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics) load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will re-show the banner.

Analytics help us understand traffic and improve the site. They do not receive your team's content or messages.

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email team@ultrainapp.com. You can also delete your account and associated data at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Ultrain is operated from the United States. If you use the app from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
